*Collection of Personal Information for Business Functions and Types of Personal Information Collected*

According to the "Regulations on the Scope of Necessary Personal Information for Common Types of Mobile Internet Applications," WeToo App belongs to the "instant messaging" category. The basic function of instant messaging apps is to provide text, picture, voice, and video instant messaging services over the network. Necessary personal information includes:

1. Registered user's mobile phone number.
2. Account information: account, list of instant messaging contacts' accounts

Additionally, based on WeToo's primary service, "recommendation cards," users need to provide age and gender information.

The types of personal information collected for each business function and the rules for collecting and using personal information (such as the purposes and methods of collecting and using personal information) are as follows:

1. **Business Function: Register as a User.** When you register for WeToo services, to complete the creation of an account, you need to provide the following information: mobile phone number or WeChat authorization, nickname, age, gender, personal photo (for avatar), and clipboard verification code (for convenient input of the verification code). Collecting this information helps you complete WeToo account registration and use social features. We will collect device-related information used by you during the installation, access, and use of "WeToo" software and related services or when the software is running in the background with specific permissions granted by you. This includes device model, operating system version, settings parameters, device configuration, device identification (IMEI/Android ID/OAID/IDFA/IDFV/MEID/UDID/SIM card IMSI information/ICCID/SIM card status/VAID/AAID, etc.), device serial number, MAC address, device network information (carrier information/WIFI information/WIFI status/WIFI list/SSID/BSSID), device environment, software list/application list, running process information, sensor list, etc., and device location-related information (including GPS location authorized by you and sensor information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations). Mobile phone numbers and personal photos are sensitive information. Collecting such information is to meet the network real-name system requirements of national laws and regulations and to complete WeToo account registration. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services normally

2. **Business Function: Block Phone Contacts.** When you use the block phone contacts service, to better protect your privacy, you need to provide the following information: address book permission. Address book permission is sensitive information. If you provide the above information, you will not be matched with users from your phone contacts when using WeToo services. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use the block phone contacts service normally.

3. **Business Function: Chat.** When you use the chat service, we do not require you to provide any mandatory information. However, to ensure you can use the chat service normally, maintain the normal operation of the service, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure your account security, we will collect and use your account information. If you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: album permissions, microphone permissions. If you do not provide such information, it will not affect the basic

When you use the recommendation cards service, we will provide personalized content recommendation services based on your log information, tag information, location information, user personal profile information, and personal filter settings. We will sort and display to you based on your location information and personal filter settings. You can independently control the enabling and disabling of personalized content recommendation services in WeToo settings. You can choose to disable and enable personalized recommendation services through the [Me - Top Right - Settings - Privacy and Permissions - Personalized Recommendations] button. Disabling personalized recommendations will not affect the normal use of the relevant functions of recommendation cards. When you choose to disable personalized recommendations, we will not be able to provide you with personalized content services. We will display and recommend content based on non-personalized factors such as content popularity.

5. **Business Function: Discover.** When you use the discover feature, to recommend nearby users who are logging in, you need to provide the following information: personal location information. To achieve real-time filtering of users you want to talk to, you need to authorize us to read the minimum necessary information related to the feature (passwords, links, statistical parameters, etc.) from your clipboard. During use, if you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: personal location information. If you do not provide such information, it will not affect the basic business functions of using this service. Personal location information is sensitive information.

To continuously optimize and improve the information search results and effects to meet your search needs, when you enter search terms, we will look for search results that better match your needs based on the relevance and timeliness of the user ID and user nickname and sort and display them on the search results page.

6. **Business Function: Chat Room.** When you use the chat room service, to recommend nearby users who are chatting to you, you need to provide the following information: personal location information. During use, if you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: personal location information. If you do not provide such information, it will not affect the basic business functions of using this service. Personal location information is sensitive information.

7. **Business Function: View Moments.** When you use the view moments service, we do not require you to provide any mandatory information. During use, if you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: personal location information. You can independently control the enabling and disabling of personalized content recommendation services in WeToo settings. You can choose to disable and enable personalized recommendation services through the [Me - Top Right - Settings - Privacy and Permissions - Personalized Recommendations] button. Disabling personalized recommendations will not affect the normal use of moments' related functions. When you choose to disable personalized recommendations, we will not be able to provide you with personalized content services. We will display and recommend content based on non-personalized factors such as content popularity.

8. **Business Function: Post Moments.** When you use the post moments service, to provide materials for moments, you need to provide the following permissions and information: album permission, camera permission. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use the post moments service normally. During use, if you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: personal location information. If you do not provide such information, it will not affect the basic business functions of using this service. Personal location information is sensitive information.

9. **Business Function: My Favorites.** When you use the my favorites matching service, you need to purchase a VIP membership service. To recommend nearby users to match with you, you need to provide the following information: personal location information. Personal location information is sensitive information. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use the my favorites matching service normally. During use, if you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: my photos, nickname, birthday, self-introduction, occupation, company, school, education, origin, purpose of making friends, frequent hangouts, height, annual income, car ownership, house ownership, add my books/movies/shows, my personality tags, add questions, truth test (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"). 10. **Business Function: Your Footprints.** When you use your footprints pairing recommendation service, to recommend users you have viewed, you need to provide the following information: personal location information. Personal location information is sensitive WeToo information. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use the pairing recommendation service normally.

11. **Business Function: Real Avatar Certification.** When you use the real avatar certification service, to verify if the user avatar photos are of the same person to identify the authenticity of the avatar, you need to provide the following information: personal biometric information in facial feature information. Personal biometric information in facial feature information is sensitive information. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use the real avatar certification service normally. The steps to cancel the real avatar certification feature are: users can perform PayPal account certification when purchasing VIP. After successful real avatar certification, enter the personal profile editing page, click on the real avatar certification VIP mark, and display the real avatar certification.

12. **Business Function: Payment Function.** The payment function is provided to you by third-party payment institutions that cooperate with us. Third-party payment institutions will need to collect your information, and we will not be able to obtain your information. Refusal to provide information will only prevent you from using the above payment functions but will not affect your use of other functions of WeToo.

13. **Business Function: Real Person Authentication.** When you choose the chat function or use other features or services that require real-name authentication, to comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, ensure your or other users' safety, or maintain the security and stability of features/services, you need to provide real identity information for real-name authentication. When you choose the real person authentication service, to confirm that the identity information you provide is your own and authentic, you need to provide the following information (depending on the actual business scenario): real name, ID number, and ID verification authorization, personal biometric information in facial feature information. Personal biometric information in facial feature information is sensitive information. Collecting such information is to meet the network real-name system requirements of national laws and regulations and ensure a real and safe social atmosphere for WeToo products. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use WeToo authentication services normally. The steps to cancel the real person authentication feature can be done via email to cancel the authenticated real person authentication. Your account will be permanently deactivated.

14. **Business Function: Sharing Invitation Functions.** When you choose to use such services, to confirm the uniqueness of your sharing, invitation, and being invited, you need to authorize us to read the contents of your clipboard to confirm. If you do not provide such information, you may not be recognized and may not be able to use this service normally. Personal location information is sensitive information. User open IDs will be shared with partners through encrypted transmission. If you do not provide such information or refuse to authorize us to share user open IDs with partners, you may not be able to use the "Play Together" service normally. During use, if you provide and agree to share the following additional information with partners, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: user avatar, username, phone number, gender, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"). If you do not provide WeToo such information, it will not affect the basic business functions of using this service. Once shared, shared information (user avatar, username, gender) will

override your user avatar and username information in our partners' apps. If changes are needed, please perform relevant operations in our partners' apps. Phone numbers are sensitive information.

15. **Other Business Functions:** Matching, Super Likes, Super Exposure, Swipe Back, View People I Like. When you use the above services, we will not require you to provide additional information or permissions.

16. **To better receive message reminders:** We need you to enable auto-start to ensure the application can normally receive client push messages when closed or running in the background to avoid missing messages. Therefore, there may be system-initiated self-start behavior for WeToo. This is necessary to ensure timely delivery of messages. You can manage auto-start permissions in your phone settings. However, closing this permission may cause delayed message reception.

17. **We will collect your sensor information** (gyroscope, step counter, light, acceleration, magnetic field, distance, rotation vector, etc.), and adjust the screen angle when taking pictures based on sensor information (direction, angle, acceleration, etc.) to help you use the correct angle to experience the product or adjust the sound playback method (earpiece speaker conversion) when using voice to provide you with a better matching effect and ensure account security, providing you with a safe and reliable product and use environment.

18. **We may need you to enable your device's location information (geographical location), camera (camera), album (picture library), microphone (voice), and address book access permissions to achieve the collection and use of information involved in these permissions.** You can read the WeToo device permission list to understand the system permissions applied and used by WeToo. The corresponding device permissions will not be enabled by default. When important or sensitive device permissions are involved, we will obtain your consent again through a pop-up window when you use the relevant business functions. You can check the status of the above permissions in the device settings function and decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time. Please note that enabling any permission means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you disable any permission, you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor can we provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and use previously conducted based on your authorization.

19. **You understand and agree that,** for the contact information (such as phone numbers) you provide during the use of products and/or services, we may send various notifications to one or more of them for user message notification, identity verification, security verification, user WeToo experience surveys, etc.; in addition, we may also send you commercial information such as services, features, or activities that may interest you via SMS or phone calls. 20. **If the information you provide contains other users' personal information,** you need to ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information to WeToo.

21. **The information you provide will be continuously authorized for us to use during your use of this service.** When you cancel your account or stop using a certain function, we will stop using and anonymize or delete the above information according to applicable laws and regulations.

We will use your information according to the stated purposes. If we use information for purposes not stated in this policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, or actively obtain your personal information from third parties, we will obtain your consent in advance.

If we obtain your information indirectly from third parties, we will require the third parties to obtain your consent in writing before collecting personal information and inform you of the shared information content. Sensitive information must be explicitly confirmed by you before providing it to us. We will also require third parties to commit to the legality and compliance of the personal information source. *SDK Technologies*

SDK technology is provided by third-party organizations we cooperate with. We can only be aware of the permissions they request to be authorized. Third-party organizations request to obtain permissions and explicitly disclose to us the collected sensitive information.
